Carbonara au hitashi de komatsuna

Carbonara and komatsuna no hitashi bought separately from the convenience store, but the hitashi went surprisingly well with the cheese. i think it must be the mirin, and adds a different sweetness to the pasta :)

料理しました

上司から野菜をもらったから年に１回位の料理をした。
茄子の味噌バター煮揚げ豆腐、チーズとベーコン和え、と
アスパラときのこのおいしいトマト煮。
意外とおいしかったけど、さすがに１人前の量ではない・・・
