dinner



Carbonara au hitashi de komatsuna

Carbonara and komatsuna no hitashi bought separately from the convenience store, but the hitashi went surprisingly well with the cheese. i think it must be the mirin, and adds a different sweetness to the pasta :)

nope it was not al dente from the beginning so it's not my fault :P
